I think unemployment needs to go beyond 99 weeks on a base by base. My wife and I go to food pantrys and all other help church, lyheat for utilities. And we now are having marital problems nothing in the bedroom. we have two wonderfull adult children and fought to get them through college unlike me and my wife had. If we didn’t have Jesus we would go crazy like I see the world doing. killings, bank robbery, house invasions all kind of thefts.

Newbrook Loan Brokers is a scam! Scamming people out of thousands of dollars. They got me for $1890! Google newbrookloanbrokers scam and see for yourself! Never send any money to any company up front…. 99% of the time its a scam and once the money is sent, there is nothing you can do!

I know thats just a front because after recieving all the papaer work everything looked fine then she told me to send the money by western union and I did stupid. I should have known better but after I did not recieve the money I got a call saying I was red flagged and I needed to send more money. After calling back they had chaged there number that fast dont fall for this please not like I did.

I am a god fearing person and I know this will be stopped soon.

They said that I was approved for a $5000 loan but needed to make a down payment of $877 which is the first 5 months of payments to start paying off your loan. They faxed over a 5 page contract which looked like a legit contract. After the down payment was made of $877, which can only be paid through Green Dot Money Pak the funds will be released into your count within 24 hours.

Then I got a call the next morning saying that the IT department is working on the phones so that this is temporary number. Then they said that the funds are on hold because the lender enforces that I purchase the $1000 insurance policy because of “poor” credit. After the $1000 is paid once again ONLY through Green Dot Money the funds will be released within 3-5 hours. After the 5th hour no funds have been released and the Green Dot Money pak’s have both been cashed out.

Like most of you I had thought I had done my research about online predators and scams. I received an email from a James carter and was told to call him. When I called I asked him some pretty simple questions and he answered them all. He then forwarded me loan documents that looked pretty legit. So I faxed all my information to them once they had the info he told me that the lender needed collateral since they had tried to ask Canadian banks for a loan for me and was denied, since I was still paying for my vehicle I had no real assets.

He told me that I would have to send 500 insurance to the lender to secure my loan. Now I was asking him many questions about this security and thought I was smart enough to make a wise decision. He promised me that I would not have to send a penny more. So like an idiot I sent 500 via western union to a Michelle Jamison in Hamilton Ontario. All the while i was making the decision to send the money I had a bad feeling about it but again like many of you I’m in need of this loan to help set myself straight with many bills so I sent it anyway in good faith.

Money promised by 4pm no cash then promised by 6pm cause I called him back no cash. Then I called him back and he referred me to a jack who was the in the finance dept. Jack and he asked me to call back within 10 min I did so and he said oh yeah the lender didn’t deposit the money cause you need to deposit another 375 in admin fees. I then got very upset and said James said 500 was all I had to send. So I told him that i would have to try and borrow the money cause I didn’t have 500 to send let alone 375 more. So he asked if I could send it that night at 8pm I said no I’m going to have to try and find 375 like I told you I didn’t have the 500. I asked if the lender could withhold 375 of the 5000 I was promised.

Thank goodness I found this site as I was trying to Google Advancecredit Capital and guess what nothing pops up. I should have done this before I lost 500 but happy I did before I sent 375 more like I was going to. I called jack back and asked for refund he said he would get the paperwork in order. Lol I have already kissed my money goodbye he said it would take approximately 10 business days to refund it in a check I said western union it that’s how I sent it in the first place.

So the moral is people with bad credit like me who are desperate like me if a lender asks for any kind of collateral or money upfront it is a scam please don’t get lost in the thought of having money from a approved loan in your acct cause its not going to happen. I learned a 500 dollar lesson and it cost me enough that i can share this lesson with anyone who cares to read this.

I’ve applied to 578 jobs and nothing! We need extended unemployment until the economy gets better!

I received a call from a guy named Will O’conner saying that I was approved for $7500. But because my credit was bad they asked me to secure the loan by sending them $825. I said I could not afford that right now. They said ok dropped it to $400 then send to remaining money when I receive the loan. Said couldn’t do it till I got payed. They asked me to send $295 then the rest after I receive the loan. I did sent it to a shawn wise in Ajax Ontario Canada. I was just out of the western union when Will called and told me they went through my loan again and I had to send another $295 and the loan will be released.

They didn’t release it got a call on the saturday morning saying that they want another 590 before releasing the loan. I asked them for a refund and they said that in would take them a month to get my money back to me. Now dealing with another company called Secured Loans R Us, and they asked for $500 upfront to secure a 5000 dollar loan.

Should I trust any company anymore?

I spoke to two different people, the first was named Laurie Haughton. She is the one that sent me all the “Loan” documents and told me where to send my collateral of $750 and that my Western Union fee would be reimbursed. After you send the Western Union out, your money is deposited into your account within 6-8 hours and the Western Union fee will be reimbursed to you. My bank only posts direct deposits at night, so I didn’t find out until yesterday morning that the money was not deposited.

You have to understand, my gut told me this is a scam, but I am desperate. I’m an independent contractor and this month has slowed down so drastically that I don’t have money to pay my bills so I was trying to pay off some bills so that my monthly debt is not so high. So anyway, I knew that this was a scam, but I sent the money anyway. I checked out the website, but I never looked at this one. I really wish I did, because I never would’ve done these stupid things.

Well, the money wasn’t deposited and I was on the phone yesterday morning screaming. I got a phone call later on in the day by Vanessa Lane, the accounts receivable manager and Laurie’s supervisor, apologizing for this and saying that the lender had gotten nervous about some recent activity on my credit and that the lender required another $600 for an insurance premium. Again, I knew that this was bad, but like I said, I was desperate, so I sent it Western Union. They even called me back with a transaction number after the direct deposit was sent. Well, long story short, if that’s possible, I am now out a total of $1456 and I’m short $2036 for my bills for the month of February. That’s the first one.

The second one that called me is Grandmont Solutions. I don’t know anything about them other than someone named John Cumino called me and told me that I was approved for a $10,000 loan at 5% interest, the payments are $231 a month for 4 months. Them, I had to give $922 to, but I didn’t do it because I figured i would see if the first one was real. The first one, Aventura, started out to be a lower out-of-pocket expense. I got a call from an Erin Bailey, her number is 876-853-7611 she told me I was approved for $5000 at a 10% rate then she put me on hold & got back on the phone & said I was approved at a 9% rate, with monthly payments of $228.40 for 36 months. She would send me the documents via e-mail in 15 minutes then I could go over them & call the 1st number listed above.

She said they were the Lincoln Standard Lending Bureau located in New York. After about 40 mins. I gave her a call back on the second number, which is what she called me from, & she said “hello” not referencing a business or anything. I told her that I did not get the documents & she said she would check into it & I would need to call back the 917 number. Well I got the documents & in the terms was where it said I was to make a collateral payment of 2 months payments.

So that’s why I am writing this. When I call them back, I will let all know just what they say!

I had scored 4th on the list of over 100 but they just kept interviewing me for each opening and never would hire me. They tell you that your loan will in your bank within 1 hour then they ask you to go and get ukash vouchers to pay tax on the loan ect. Then they phone you back or get you to phone them when you have the voucher and ask for the long number at the bottom/ and tell you that this value will be added to your loan. They will post the aggreement papers by post and you put the vouchers in with aggreement papers your money will then be in your bank; by this time they have just used your vouchers and you get nothing.

So Anyways I sent him a return email and asked him how I could find his site as nothing popped up, asked him why he had an yahoo email address advancecapitalcredit@yahoo.Com. Duh anyone could do that. The $500 down was to go towards insurance coverage in case something happened. The insurance carrier listed was conseco so I called them and they told me they were in no way connected.

On January 20, 2012 I received a phone call from I spoke to a Wendy Clarke, she said I was approved for a $7,000.00 loan. I had applied numerous times online for a bad credit loans for this much, but not to this company. In turn, I received an email with all the loan documents. I read all this over and called her back. I was told I need an insurance policy up front for $508.00 in order to get this loan, and to send it by a money pak from Walmart, plus all my personal information.

I was desperate. But kept asking her if this was a scam. I said cross your heart! She said they have been in business for 13 years. The contract read that I would get 75% of my deposit back after 3 Months of payments and the other 25% after the end of the loan. I then proceeded to look up the company in the yellow pages in Clearwater, Florida, they were located at this address but they also were not listed with the better business bureau or the Department of financial regulation in Florida.

The gentleman at that office said, any unsecured loans in Florida do not have to be regulated. So there is the big problem!! I then looked up this website and read all your comments, and I thank you for saving me $508.00 which I could not really afford because I am on disability.

Well application went through for five grand I started doing research on this place I went to better business bureau. Didn’t show up the legal binding contract she sent through email looking professional I went through with it. I called her talked about how it works and stuff she said you had to drop 837 bucks for security deposit. I’ve never heard such a thing so I called my bank agency she told me the same thing.

I got iffy but still was desperate so I gathered that 837 from wherever I could get my hands on then the day came where I had to make the decision fax her all my personal info. So what happen was she said I was ready to go until it hit me the last email sent to me was directions in bold letters it said go to Walmart make sure to bring cash and go to aile with a prepaid card name moneypak. It cost 4 dollars we will reimburse you. Next go to cashier and deposit cash n keep recipe after you’re finish contact me with the cards pin n wen we received.

The payment we will send u a confirmation through your email n proceed with send u the loan. No I’m not stupid when I called her n said I’m backing out she threatens me with a 250 dollar service fee if I don’t pay she will take legal action bitch I’m not scared plus I didn’t even get the loan yet.

They first contacted me on my Cell Phone and left me a message. The worst thing I ever did was listen to the voice mail telling me that I had been approved for a 40,000.00 personal loan. I had been putting requests in on a bunch of websites requesting a loan so I wasn’t surprised when they contacted me.

After all was said and done they took me for 4000.00. Said I would have to pay in advance 6 months of payments and loan insurance. I paid them with MoneyPak cards. I’ve contacted MoneyPak and reported this.

Well once we sent the money they then called us back and aid we would need to send $97.00 to pay the taxes on the loan being sent. So me and my husband sent the $97.00 that we borrowed from a friend. The proceeded to tell us that we were supposet to send $99.00. I got on the phone and and started screaming hysterically at the “Edward Lee”.

I told him that was all the money we had and our daughter’s 2nd birthdays was the next day. I also screamed that I’m 6 months pregnant and began crying. He said ma’am don’t cry I have a family too and I said don’t tell me not to cry you’re not in my situation! You put me in this situation! Then he told me he could refund our money into our checking account and I said you want to take the last $15 we have to our names? Go to hell!

Then my husband got back on the phone and his exact words to my husband were “You’ve been scammed. Don’t ever send money to people you don’t know and don’t ever call my number again.” And hung up.

I really hope that this never happens to anyone. I don’t see how people sleep at night doing this to good people and their families. It makes it hard to trust a real lender. The saying is true that bad things happen to good people.

He then told me I had to send a security deposit of $850 which I would get back in six months if I didn’t miss any payments. They even told me the loan was insured if I got sick or laid off. They wanted me to send the money by western union to a George Valentine in Toronto Canada. And to call them back with the confirmation code and they would transfer the loan within four hours.

Don’t fall for it! I didn’t do it, something told me not to do it.

Key Bank is the most crookedly run operation I have ever run across. We have a student loan with them for our son, which we have been paying on for the past 6 years, on time each and every month. They call and harass us on our home and cell phones multiple times every month before the payment due date. The people that call are arrogant, ignorant, and multiple attempts to get them to stop this practice have been unsuccessful. I will never do business with this company again.

The government encourages you to go to school and further your education but they cut your unemployment benefits off. I have no income but child support coming in and I am lucky to get that. . What are we supposed to do? I have nothing left. Very hard to survive on unemployment and now I have nothing!

I also was approved by Wellington Liberty Investments. They requested me to send them funds via Western Union. They said once I send the money they will transfer my loan into my bank account. I have NOT sent the money yet. I was dealing with a Ryan Moore. The person who I would be transfering the funds to would be the person who is lending me the money “Jessica W” not sure what the last name is. I find this really suspisious that’s why I am hesitating to send the money.

They seem professional, but I am not sure about sending the money.

I’m lucky this site exist. I received a mail from Wellington Liberty Investments telling me that a loan I requested was approved. I contact Mr. Moore at 1 -877-521-5533 Ext# 212 where my loan was approved for 7000. But since my credit is not good they asked for 580.00 and they really sound professional on the phone.

With all the terms they tell you, it is so easy to fall into it. I really hope that one day someone will do something against all the scammers. This time I did not fall into, but carefull too about Darwin incorporation. They changed their name, but if they ask for money, run it is a scam also.

These scams are typically very organized and have several people working for their “company.” Please do not tell yourself it will not happen to you because it can and I have helped over 20 victims so far achieve justice.

Lastly, it typically takes only 30 minutes or less to have your money picked up at the other end once you send it. If you figure out you have been scammed call western union or moneygram quickly and if the criminal has not yet picked up your money you can get it back. However, if they have allready picked it up not even the F.B.I. or the Royal Canadian Mounted Police can help you.

Our company had 200 workers and had 20 trades with over 2000 other workers that we employed to build these buildings. not to mention all the suppliers of materials and equipment. so the trickle down is at least 3000-5000 jobs lost. the company i worked for laid off all but 10 people in the offices who are looking for work always. Yes someday if things break I WOULD BE ASKED TO RETURN. I as many others can not get a job in my career field at this time.

There is no one building (I am a BIM(autocad) Coordinator i modify drawings and plans for large construction projects. I apply to every job that comes in even sightly in my area of expertise (entry level and above.) and yes I have applied to any and every type of job I could retail, stocking shelves, all the jobs you would think would love to have a hard working dependable man to work everyday.

Well guess what I get told I am over qualified or that I just do not have the right qualifications. ( a greeter job at Walmart) lol the truth is if you had a good middle class job and lost it you can not get a job in low income because they wont take a chance on you. they all feel you will leave if jobs finally do open up. they want people that will make a career with them as a store clerk. SO NO THERE IS NOT PLENTY OF JOBS, NO WE ARE NOT LAZY, NO I AM NOT WHINING AND WANT THE GOVERNMENT TIT TO STAY AT HOME! My unemployment check is not even 20% of what I make when working. it pays for a phone, food, car insurance and thankfully my home is totally paid off so I have only insurance and taxes.

I would gladly work and make 85,000 again. I would even at this point work for 10.00 an hour and make 17,000 a year if it would get me back to work! Everyone needs to call there congressmen, the white house, governors, and all those looking to become President and tell them stop giving money to companies that spend it over seas, stop giving money to all the countries over seas, stop giving huge tax breaks to companies unless they prove they hire people who are out of work. If we all make our voices heard then they will fix things.

So in short I went from 85,000 a year and almost 25,000 in my bank to 25.00 in the bank, i sold off my 401K at a 30% penalty to keep paying my debts, i lost my health care and then got sick and now owe 65,000 to the hospital. and I am living on the max unemployment gives which is only 406.00 per week and have almost used that up too (Jan 28th is my last week then i am a 99er. I am not alone there are millions of us who worked hard all our lives (i am a vet and did my part when i was 18) we give and give and now we need help.

I have worked at only 3 companies in my career and have always been a company man. Truthfully that despite my service to this country, my employers and years of charitable donations/volunteer work, I am now facing the reality of breaking up my family. It all seems unfair that while we as a nation have always looked out for others but in our own time of need we refuse to take care of our own. My children have adjusted, I have exhausted my savings to pay my mortgage and keep my children fed and now I suppose that’s it. I am supposed to stop paying my mortgage and wait to be foreclosed in a year then hope that by then I may find enough work to afford a small apartment.

The only thing that has kept me from suicide has been the thought of my children depending on a society to look after them in my absence, this country owes all of us the interest of the decades of support each of us has given it and regardless of where on the economic ladder you now reside at, troubles like that which I face can in no way be good for your prospects. I have felt a calm from my faith in God and realize that this life challenge will force me to be more dependent on Him. I only pray that our country will show the same compassion for its people that we have always shown the rest of the world.

I have been out of work since 10/17/2011 and have look for work and belive me when you our older they just smile and take your application. Never to hear from them again unless you call and then they say it has been fill. The San Diego Union Paper posted a article about over 50 looking for a job and how really hard it is and no-one will hire you. The worst of this is that my health insurance was gone and Corba insurance which is to help you but they forget to tell you that the cost is not cheaper…Insurance for a older American over 50 will run about 900.00 a month and I’m not a sick person.

How can I afford that and pay bill and eat? My insurance was PPO Health Net. I call them and they would not lower it. I’m have been looking and checking different health plan’s and the only why to lower cost it to pay a higher deductable but if you get sick then you pay more of that bill. I pray every night for some help and that God will guide me. I have never been on welfare or out of work all these years.

I know that I’m not the only one that is over 60 looking for a job. I have to wait till I’m 66 to get social security and 65 for my medical..Please pray for me that I stay healthy…It really sucks to be old.

From rides to medical appointments, to the grocery store, shopping in general. I have applied and applied at numerous places and been rejected due to my bad credit or type of income. I asked for a refund and they said I wouldn’t get it for 15-30 days but if I sent the 800.00 my money would be in my account in 2-3 hours. In a panic left with .37 cents in my account, 2 kids n Christmas being in a week I asked my dad for the money, sent it, called the company to let them know, and 24 hours later I’m left with absolutely nothing, I’ve left several messages and have gotten no return calls. I have no clue where to go from here.

I got impatient and went ahead and filled out the application. But the app didn’t ask for my driver’s license or SSN. Just general info and a few questions about name of bank and how long i’ve had an account with them. It also asks what my credit score is and the last question it asks which the app says is most important is what my credit to dept ratio is so that they can try to get the best rates. So they have a link to a company called Scoresense.com which offers a 7 day free trial to obtain my credit scores from all 3 bureaus. So I sign up and got my dept to credit ratio and completed the application. Still I have not received any info from 123-motorcycleloans.com.

I called Scoresense.com to ask if they are affiliated with 123-motorcycleloans.com and they said they never heard of them before. So now i’m really worried. I would like to prevent a possible identity theft scam. I’ve searched the web for more info on the company and have not been able to find any negetive feedback about them. I found a few inquiries about other people posting up questions about them asking if they are a scam.

This breaks my heart to see that I what I always tried to avoid in my life is now probably going to be our life. Why must we be punished for our presidents flaws and economical disaster he has created. I fear that we may loose everything and mu children and I will have no choice to live on the streets until I finally find work. My children are ages 7,6,and 17 months. You high paid employees should take pay cuts and your employers should start cutting your pay and hire people with brains that have hands on training. That’s much better than you selfish assholes that make a huge paycheck, drive an over priced car and snub your noses at those who might really want to work.

I’ve worked my entire life, I am now 50 and WHY THE HELL should I HAVE to take a fucking job I don’t want? I am not going to flip burgers for minimum wage and give up my standard of living. You sure as hell won’t change your lifestyle, so WHY THE HELL should I?

First off those 6 hispanic/latino guys (“spanish” is a language not an ethnicity educate yourself maybe that’s why your ass doesnt have a job) they are doing the jobs us americans won’t do. Will you go out and do gardening 10-15 houses daily, will you work at a carwash, will you be an under payed dishwasher 10 hrs daily? How about be a field worker picking lettuce or grapes, will you be subject to your labor rights to be violated?

Your Answer will be no you son of a bitch but if you want their job by all means go across the street and tell them you want to get your hands dirty!

I live with parents and therefore have no rent/bills whatsoever. I make at least 2k a month and have had a job for over 4 years but nobody will give me a “loan” other than these junk car places with 1999 and 2002 beaters. Or JD By Ryder which sells used cars for the prices of new. They have 2002s and 2005s for over 15K so you can drive around in a new car while your bank account gets raped. I have no idea how they are even still in business.

I’m desperate but not that desperate. So for the past 6 months or so I’ have been saving as much money as possible and figure I’ll just find a decent 10,000 car and pay for it straight out. I can’t even get a used, 10,000 car if I put 5k down.

It really makes no sense.

I got a loan from them approved and I was told all was okay and all of a sudden I need to send a “collateral payment of 2500 dollars to them to secure the loan just in case I failed to make any payments. Then I was told they couldn’t negotiate an insurance company to insure the policy and that in order to release the funds I needed to send them the full policy amount.

Do not do so they are a scam!

I just want to know if anyone has received a loan from them.

I have already been scammed for $100, which really messed me up for a while! I will start paying back the month after I receive the loan. I was foolish when I was younger, but I now need someone to give me a chance to get myself clear. Please email me with particulars, but I will not pay anything until after I have received the loan.

I got a call the same day from Ceridian. I think there ligit they sent me a contract to fill out and fax back just like One Main. But who really knows if they’re legit just do some research before giving someone money.

At the time I was absolutely elated, thinking alot of my financial worries were going to be solved. There were a few minor red flags in the beginning, but when he sent me the loan agreement, I basically blew them off, thinking it looked official. It even had the correct loan percentage rates, payment due dates, etc. The next day after sending back the loan agreement, he then told me I had to Western Union the money to a “Aleita Luana”, the private lender who “lived” in Barcelona, Spain.

At that point, I became very skeptical. I was in the middle of finishing the Western Union form when something told me to stop…but knowing I needed the money, I continued and proceeded to send the money. It wasn’t even my money I sent…a dear friend of mine helped me with the $700 that was sent through WU. The transaction was complete when I called him back and said the money was sent. I then returned home to see if the money was picked up, and no longer than 20 minutes passed and the $700 was history.

About two days later, another man called and told me that my credit was reasessed and I needed to send another 6 months payments to secure my loan. I basically told him to get lost and informed him of the scam I knew they were pulling when he offered me two options. Option number one was to send the extra $700, or option two was have the money refunded. I said option two, and that I wanted the money to be sent back in a check. He also said that they were going to add an extra $200 for the inconvienence they caused me and my family.

I asked when I would receive the check…he said since their billing cycle I would not get a check until December 6th. So, if I do get a “check” in the mail, I am going to go to my bank to see if it is legit. If it is not, I am going to go to the authorities. I am not going to go to jail over $900. Beware of these scams, at ALL COSTS! Being broke is better than sending money to some jerk in a foreign country that you will never see again!

There is no doubt that instead of bailing out rich people, our government should consider the social welfare of her people by extending UE benefits, especially during these holidays. But to take out your frustration on “6 Spanish guys”, most of whom would work for 1/2 the average salary is misdirected. This is the kind of hostility that perpetuates nationalism and hatred of immigrants, who are doing nothing you wouldn’t be doing if you were in their shoes.

Why isn’t your frustration directed at the government? Why don’t you express your discontent for companies that would knowingly hire an undocumented worker so they could pay them less. And if you are that “frustrated” about being outta work, I know of a way for you to go to work tomorrow! This job provides all the overtime you can ask for, and in most cases, will even provide housing. Go the the nearest agriculture farm, and tell them you will work for so many cent’s per pound of picked fruit. I guarantee you will be working within a week; maybe even working right alongside one of those 6 Spanish speaking guys!

Protest the injustice of the government, and the bailouts with taxpayer dollars by Ben Bernake — but NEVER let your feelings direct your hatred towards your fellow man. This is how the Germans felt before WWII and we saw the lives lost then! STOP COMPLAINING AND EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE!

I am a 99er now. I have applied for over 600 plus jobs ranging from stock clerks to administrative assistant to walmart greeter to janitor to laborer in my area in the two years since the demise of the music center. I received one interview and four rejection letters. Sadly no employment offer. It seems as if being long-term unemployed makes me less desirable to perspective employers, as well as being a 50-year-old white male and thousands of applicant that apply for the every opening. I have lost faith in this great country of our and our elected officials. ALL OF THEM!

I keep volunteering (as asked by two President’s) for 7 different non-profit organizations assisting to raise and replace much needed funds that have been cut. Former President Bush and current President Obama asked every American to volunteer somewhere. I did comply. I have lived below the poverty line for two years now. Sold off everything of value to survive to care for my children and grand children. Now about to become homeless. It seems as if the upper classes would rather have us lower class Americans just die off. Sad, but true.

I earn to much income on UI benefits to get county assistance so I self diagnose medically, dentally and prescription wise. I don’t have benefits, “why should you?”. Live my life for three months and see how you do.

So my question is to you Senator(s) and Congress(s) “what are you trying to fix in this situation?” It appears quite clear that you all continue to be the problem and not the solution.
